Week 6 – 8 Minutes Running

We’ll be doing 8 minutes of running and 1.5 minutes of walking twice.

I managed to complete the 8 minutes. I wasn’t going super fast, I stayed among the last 3 classmates. There was a group that stayed ahead. But I felt good that I was able to run uninterrupted for the amount of time. I think I was bit nervous, was experiencing stomach ache through out the day and after the class.

I stayed in a pace that I could breath comfortably. The deep stomach breathing through nose and mouth helped tremendously.

I am amazed how the body just starts getting used to gradually as we move to the next 2 minutes of running each week.

Until tomorrow for the practice run (8:1.5) and 30 minutes walking and weight resistance SAL routine (25 rep)
